We launch, operate and scale sustainable and profitable Amazon FBA Businesses for our clients.
Store set-up, stores are live within 1st month, Online Arbitrage FBA/FB as the base strategy and foundation of all programs.
We begin to leverage established and exclusive wholesale, brand, and distributor relationships on behalf of your business. We then fuse this product sourcing strategy with the Online Arbitrage model that has been built leading to a powerful hybrid business model.
These valuable wholesale contracts and relationships we establish with your store can be leveraged on both platforms. Opening up the ability to cross-sell your products under our management, optimizing your revenue.

FORTE Management Group in a Certified Partner Agency within the Amazon Service Provider Network (Amazon SPN)
Amazon stores exclusively exist within the US Amazon marketplace. On the other hand, we have the capability to construct and manage Walmart stores, although this entails a distinct e-commerce model altogether.
Up to 10 weeks, during which the client will have the ability to monitor certain activities.
Currently we have 123 team members both domestically and abroad.
We possess a direct partnership with a firm that specializes in the procurement of matured accounts, and our sourcing team assigns them to new partners based on tiers, taking into consideration the amount of capital they intend to invest with us.
FORTE Management Group as a brand has 305 FBA stores under management all starting with us about 2 years ago. Our Co-Founders, Travis & Lisana, have collectively been managing Amazon FBA stores for 10 years.
We currently have just over 300 accounts under our management. Some clients own multiple stores.
Although the FORTE Management Group brand is relatively new, established in 2022, our Co-Founders, Travis & Lisana, have extensive experience in Amazon FBA, managing e-commerce stores and brands since 2017, and having worked with clients for over four years.
Amazon does not enforce a policy of having only one store; instead, they have specific guidelines regarding the requirements for operating multiple stores. We ensure compliance by submitting the necessary documentation for each store and employing proxy IPs during the store creation process. Additionally, we take precautions to avoid using duplicate information when signing up, which enables us to successfully manage multiple stores without encountering any issues.
To secure the “buy box,” we proactively engage in price competition, utilize coupons or discounts, and employ various strategies as necessary. Furthermore, we focus on selling consumable products that have high turnover rates, which often results in Amazon’s willingness to directly purchase unsold inventory from us. Keep in mind, we also have an Inventory Buy-Back Guarantee in our agreement, which will protect you in the unlikely case a product does not sell.
While we welcome your feedback, please note that our team selects all the products for you based on our monthly product research.
To initiate, we recommend starting with a range of 5-10 products, with 24-48 units of each product. The total units for the initial phase are capped at 1000 units.
Amazon assumes full responsibility for managing all aspects of the account, minimizing the likelihood of deactivation by addressing 99% of the potential reasons. Account health primarily becomes a concern in the context of Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) situations. Amazon’s objective is to maintain complete control over the entire customer experience. FBA is also the only method in which products can be sold via Prime (1-2 day shipping) which is how the vast majority of customers determine which option to buy.
Absolutely. You’ll have full access to every part of your store. There is also a mobile app to view your store on-the-go.
Yes we do. We have 11 warehouse located in Orlando, FL. We also encourage you to do a virtual or in-person tour to see how the entire operation works and produces results for your store.
If a product does not sell for 6 months from date activated listing on your store, we buy it back from at the same cost you paid initially. This is for every product purchased for the entirety of the length of your agreement with us. Keep in mind, we’ve never had to fulfill this clause as most of items completely sell out in 30-45 days.
Many of our “competitors” typically provide subpar dropshipping stores that sell generic products like mason jars and charging cables. For those few who offer services similar to ours, they often outsource a majority of their operations to third-party vendors, with the exception of marketing. In contrast, we take pride in conducting all aspects of our operations in-house, which is uncommon in this industry. This includes supply chain management, logistics, warehousing, technology, sales, client experience, administration, and more. To achieve this, we have recruited highly skilled professionals directly from the e-commerce space, prominent agencies, and strategic partnerships. We have also made significant investments in developing our own proprietary technology and workflows to effectively manage everything internally.
No, FORTE Management Group functions exclusively as an intermediary entity between our suppliers and partners. Our pricing structure is transparent, as we solely charge partners the exact cost we incur for acquiring the inventory from our suppliers, without any additional charges or profit.
In general, Amazon stores tend to reach a maximum inventory expenditure of approximately $500,000 per month.
Absolutely. We work directly with a direct funding partner who specializes in e-commerce store owners. Offers and rates will depend on your credit profile, but this option would allow you to get started for $0 down out of pocket.
As an initial benchmark, the starting point for monthly inventory expenditure is approximately $15,000, with an anticipated profit margin of 20%.
The specific payment amounts will vary based on your overall credit profile. However, it is possible to have payments as low as $1000 per month for a funding amount of $50,000.
Funding is provided as loan directly to the client. The entire process to get funded takes 3-5 days. There are no pre-payment penalties.
To commence operations, a minimum working capital of $10,000 is recommended. Subsequently, the target is to gradually increase the working capital to approximately $70,000 per month, enabling the generation of $10,000 per month with a profit split of 70%.
The startup fee is primarily allocated towards staffing labor required for the onboarding, launch, and operation of your store. Additionally, it covers all the necessary business administration expenses, warehouse overhead, software, reseller permits, and other related items.
Sales tax is subject to state regulations. Amazon (AMZ) handles the collection and payment of sales tax on your behalf. However, depending on the state where your business is registered, you may still be required to report your sales on a monthly or quarterly basis, without the need to make payments. Nonetheless, it is advisable to consult with your CPA or tax advisor to determine the specific reporting requirements for your state of business registration.
FORTE Management Group operates as a service provider, and the charges incurred can be treated as a standard operational expense that is eligible for deduction.
As we are not considered an independent contractor but rather a standard company, there is no requirement for a W9 form. We will provide regular invoices, which can be utilized for tax purposes.
The agreement has to be signed as an individual.
Please note that there is a monthly Amazon seller fee of $39 that is not included. Your payment of the $39/month Amazon seller fee is essential to establish a clear distinction between us serving as a service provider and NOT having any form of ownership in your store.
There is no definitive rule stating that having an LLC expedites the process. However, since establishing an LLC is usually one of the more time-consuming tasks involved in setting up a store, having one beforehand can naturally facilitate a faster process. Additionally, it is not required to setup your Amazon Seller Account with an LLC. An LLC can be created later and added to your store’s business information in the future.
